This two-day workshop is aimed at introducing how to set up a mobile clinic and do field acupuncture for disasters; trauma relief and recovery; community service clinics for veterans and their families (in AWB’s Military Stress Recovery Project) and other populations in your community; and for international clinics on our World Healing Exchange trips.

AWB’s focus is on building capacity among acupuncturists who will lead the way in their own communities in the case of a disaster and in providing community service clinics. AWB does not necessarily lead teams on the ground in the case of disasters. We do support local efforts by acupuncturists and in cases where AWB services are needed and resources are available, AWB may provide direct service.
